Beach

One of the Mutual Musings projects.

This was the first Mutual Musings project. Simply given the title "beach", i decided to recreate a segment of beach from air-drying modelling clay and wax, the wax acting as the incoming wash of surf.

I did try varnishing one of the copies but decided they looked better "natural".

Would like to do a much bigger piece some time in the same style, incorporating distorted-perspectived sandcastles and other details like shells, pebbles, and seaweed.
