Inside The Machine

One of the props from The Inventor of Happiness

I was tasked with the job of making the inner workings of The Inventor's machine; the external prop had already been made by Kevin Harris which you can see in this teaser trailer, and the conveyor-belt and housing started by Wern Meen. Obviously what went inside had to mirror the outside, but beyond that my only real concern was to make it all look as nasty, sharp and and downright hazardous as possible.

There were also actually two planned perspectives to take shots from so you may be interested to know that you're looking at TWO versions made at different scales.
